Training

All three assessment categories are cross-referenced creating a physical link to swing mechanics issues.  Workouts are designed to master the prioritized exercises in a safe and efficient manner.

Initially, areas noted in the evaluation will develop improved range of motion, stability, balance and function.  After the foundation has been set, we immediately launch into muscular and cardiovascular endurance, speed, power and sequencing.

Ninety percent of my clients are golfers, but I also have many clients seeking typical health benefits and a desire to train for other sporting events.  I have trained people for the following organizations, sports and activities.
